We are looking for a friendly, dynamic, and dedicated Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing excellent customer service and ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
What You’ll Do?
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive
- Take orders and deliver food and drinks accurately and promptly
- Answer menu questions and provide recommendations
- Ensure a clean, welcoming dining area
- Work with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Handle guest concerns professionally and promptly
- Suggest daily specials and upsell menu items when appropriate
What Are We Looking For?
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in customer service or F&B field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
