Accountant – Finance Planning & Analysis at NADEC Foods in Al Jawf, Saudi Arabia
JOB PURPOSE:
To ensure the accurate management and recording Reporting, Fixed Assets, and accounting of Nadec. involves handling Reporting, Fixed Assets, and accounting, overseeing various aspects of financial accounting and reporting. This multifaceted role involves managing consolidation processes, fixed asset accounting, costing activities, and inventory control. ensures accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and contributes to the effective financial management of Nadec.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Core Accountabilities
- Coordinate and execute the of financial statements for multiple entities.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness in the process.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the fixed asset accounting process, including capitalization, depreciation, and impairment assessments.
- Conduct periodic reviews to reconcile fixed asset records.
- Oversee cost accounting processes, analyzing product costs, and ensuring accurate cost allocations.
- Implement and maintain cost accounting systems and methodologies.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, conducting regular stock reconciliations.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to implement inventory best practices.
- Provide financial analysis related to, fixed assets, costing, and inventory.
- Present insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
- Stay informed about changes in accounting regulations affecting the organization.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the areas of, reporting, fixed assets, , and accounting.
- Implement changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain organized and accurate documentation related to financial accounting processes.
- Assist in the preparation of documentation for audits.
Education and Certifications
Bachelor/master’s degrees in accounting or finance or related fields from well reputed university.
Experience:
0-2 years of experience in fixed asset management, accounting, or a related role.
