Job Description
- Technical role, works in a team, manages and configures systems, datacenter, servers, ensuring availability, performance and security.
- Windows and Exchange servers’ infrastructure administration and performing operational support activities (installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, troubleshooting, performance tuning)
- maintenance, capacity planning, and monitoring of critical Storage Area Networking (SAN) mainly DELL EMC Storage
- Oversee Windows sever and Dell storage infrastructure to ensure that best practices are in place and the infrastructure is optimized for performance and reliability
- Provide technical Knowledge and Experience in the design, installation, configuration, and implementation of VMware and other virtualization products and services
- Systems, Data Center, Servers Configuration

- Vendor co-ordination for support and requirements
- Scoping and Design
- Respond to SOC and NOC tickets and apply all fixes and recommendation communicated by the security consultant
- Review Performance, Availability & Capacity of Systems, Data Center, Servers
- Conducts presentation or training sessions as per ABA requirements
- Shall be responsible and be compliant with ABA IT Division’s security policies and procedures
- Shall be responsible for the protection of ABA IT Division’s information assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction and/or interference thereby ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information
- Shall be responsible for reporting any security events, potential incidents and/or other threats
Skills
Minimum education and/or qualification
- Bachelor Degree in IT
- Professional certification in VMWARE, Windows Servers and Dell Storage
- 4 Years in Systems Administration and Disaster Recovery Site
