Responsibilities
- Perform all tests with utmost accuracy in his assigned section.
- Assists the Senior Technologist in the day-to-day operation of the laboratory.
- Adhere strictly to the manual procedure provided with each test.
- It is the responsibility of each staff to be alert to questionable results and refer to Supervisor.
- Adhere strictly not only with laboratory policy and procedure but in general hospital policy as well.
- Perform other miscellaneous related duties as requested by the Supervisor.
- Ensures proper preparation, storage and dispensing of all reagents and chemicals.
- Refer all abnormal results to the Supervisor for Pathologist’s evaluation.
