Job description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Driver to join our team in Dubai. This role plays a key part in supporting our transportation and warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth and timely movement of goods while maintaining warehouse efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods to designated locations across Dubai and the UAE.
- Load and unload products efficiently, following company safety and handling procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, shipments, and inventory.
- Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse team for seamless dispatch and receiving of products.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs for timely repairs.
- Support warehouse activities including organization, inventory management, and stock rotation.
- Follow all company safety, security, and compliance protocols.
- Ensure accurate deliveries to the correct locations and collect payments as per invoices.
- Provide clients with receipt vouchers and submit all collected cash and cheques to the Accounts Department on the same day.
Requirements
- Valid UAE driving license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience in logistics, warehousing, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai routes and local traffic regulations.
- Physically fit and able to handle manual loading/unloading tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail with reliable record-keeping abilities.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems (an advantage).
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
