In this role, you will be based out of our MENA regional office in Dubai and will be reporting to Digital Planning Lead, MENA.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital media plans across Meta, TT, Snap, Google, and programmatic networks, ensuring maximum reach and impact.
- Leverage your expertise in media planning to create strategies that effectively engage consumers throughout the entire consumer journey, from awareness to conversion.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and innovations in digital media, constantly seeking opportunities to optimize marketing initiatives.
- Analyze data and metrics to evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and analytics, to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Understand the unique media behaviors and preferences of consumers in the MENA market, specifically in KSA and UAE, to tailor media plans accordingly.
- Experience in influencers marketing and activating campaigns
- Social listening experience to gather data from social listening tool and manually from social platforms.
Requirements:
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, communications, or a related field is often required. Some employers may prefer candidates with a master’s degree.
- Experience: Previous experience in digital planning with minimal 3 years’ experience. working on a FMCG account is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and metrics to make informed decisions and optimize campaigns.
- Communication Skills: Fluency in English and Arabic is must.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and tools, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Tiktok ad manager.
- Creativity: The ability to drive innovation in media that resonate with the target audience.
- Team Collaboration: Collaboration with other team members, including creative agency, acquisition team, marketing and sales.
- Budget Management: Experience in managing budgets effectively to achieve campaign goals while maximizing return on investment (ROI).
