Bostany Company is looking for enthusiastic and ambitious Sales Associates to join its team.
The Sales Associate will play a key role in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service by engaging directly with customers, understanding their needs, and offering the right solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate products
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Be fully knowledgeable about Bostany’s products and services
- Complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Contribute to a positive and welcoming work environment
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Assist in product display and stock organization
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications:
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred (but not required)
- Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities
- Customer service-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
- Flexibility and eagerness to learn
