Role Overview

As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, ensuring optimal inventory control, compliance with safety standards, and seamless logistics. This role is pivotal in aligning warehouse activities with organizational goals and delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warehouse Operations: Oversee the storage, receipt, and dispatch of vehicles while maximizing space utilization and maintaining accurate tracking using RFID and barcode systems.
  • Logistics Management: Coordinate efficient transportation of vehicles, manage delivery schedules, and maintain relationships with transportation partners.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain accurate system-based inventory records, conduct audits, and ensure proactive replenishment to avoid stock discrepancies.
  • Safety & Compliance: Implement rigorous safety, quality, and compliance protocols while fostering a secure work environment.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and develop warehouse staff, ensuring a collaborative and high-performing team.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years’ experience in warehouse management within the automotive industry.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
  • Expertise in ERP systems, inventory management tools, and Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
