Job Description:

Responsibilities and Duties:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and strengthen long-lasting relationships with current clients.
  • Ensure continuous client satisfaction through regular and effective communication.
  • Understand client needs and address their specific requests.

Client Needs Analysis:

  • Study client requirements to provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  • Collect and analyze account performance data to offer effective advice and solutions.

Internal Team Coordination:

  • Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and technical support to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
  • Monitor daily operations to ensure the implementation of agreements and terms with clients.

Preparing Commercial Proposals:

  • Prepare commercial offers and proposals based on an analysis of clients’ needs.
  • Present proposals professionally and follow up on negotiations until agreements are concluded.

Problem Solving:

  • Address and resolve client complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide innovative solutions to ensure client satisfaction and restore confidence in the services or products offered.

Reporting:

  • Prepare regular reports on the status of accounts and clients.
  • Track performance and analyze data related to sales and client returns.

Revenue Growth:

  • Identify new growth opportunities with existing clients by offering additional products or services.
  • Work on renewing contracts and expanding cooperation with clients.

Negotiation and Closing Deals:

  • Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with clients.
  • Ensure the successful closure of deals and meet established targets.

Ongoing Follow-up:

  • Follow up on post-sale activities to ensure client satisfaction and provide any additional support.
  • Identify opportunities for service improvement and development.
