Social Media Management:

Develop, implement, and manage social media content across various platforms ( Instagram, ticktock, Snap).

  • Create and schedule engaging posts that align with brand voice and resonate with target audiences.
  • Monitor social media trends, analyze engagement data, and adjust strategies to maximize reach and interaction.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance social media presence.

Brand and Community Engagement:

  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, bloggers, and influencers to generate positive media coverage.
  • Develop community engagement initiatives to foster brand loyalty and advocacy.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align communications with overall business goals and objectives.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns, content, and communications efforts.
  • Use data to make informed recommendations for improving engagement and brand positioning.

2 Years experience in Marketing as Social Media skill set 

Proven experience in social media management 

Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprout Social).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Arabic and English)
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas for content.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is an advantage.
