Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist at Nature Touch Spa in Jubail. The Receptionist will be responsible for phone etiquette, performing receptionist duties, utilizing clerical skills, effective communication with guests, and delivering exceptional customer service on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Phone Etiquette, Communication, and Customer Service skills
- Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of spa services and wellness industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
