Role Purpose:

Responsible for presenting a professional Call Center services to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage outbound calls in a polite and professional manner.
  • Ensure the customer satisfaction by performing necessary outbound calls related to appointments confirmation and cancellation.
  • Perform reports that required by direct supervisor.
  • Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to approved standards and guidelines.
  • Communicate and confer with customers by using various web based tools.
  • Execute effective communication skills to deal tactfully with different kinds of customers.
  • Implements appropriate policies and procedures to achieve the Hospital’s goals and objectives in pursuit of Standards of Care, Quality / Performance Improvement
  • Perform any other tasks within his/her competence as directed by the Call Center Manager.

Requirements


Necessary Knowledge and Experience:

  • 0 – 1 years of experience in the related field
  • Education and Certification Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
