Description
Role Purpose:
Responsible for presenting a professional Call Center services to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage outbound calls in a polite and professional manner.
- Ensure the customer satisfaction by performing necessary outbound calls related to appointments confirmation and cancellation.
- Perform reports that required by direct supervisor.
- Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to approved standards and guidelines.
- Communicate and confer with customers by using various web based tools.
- Execute effective communication skills to deal tactfully with different kinds of customers.
- Implements appropriate policies and procedures to achieve the Hospital’s goals and objectives in pursuit of Standards of Care, Quality / Performance Improvement
- Perform any other tasks within his/her competence as directed by the Call Center Manager.
Requirements
Necessary Knowledge and Experience:
- 0 – 1 years of experience in the related field
- Education and Certification Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
