About the job
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Draft Architectural Plans:
- Use design software such as AutoCAD and 3D to create accurate engineering drawings.
- Develop and modify architectural plans according to project requirements and specifications.
- Create 3D models and technical drawings showcasing the details of buildings and structures.
- Participate in Planning and Design:
- Work closely with the engineering team to develop both initial and detailed designs.
- Provide creative solutions to architectural design challenges that align with project goals.
- Site Visits and Supervision:
- Oversee the on-site implementation of projects to ensure work aligns with drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors and technicians to resolve issues that arise during execution.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring quality control and compliance with engineering standards.
- Prepare Project Progress Reports:
- Create weekly or monthly reports on project progress for supervisors or clients.
- Document changes or modifications made during the project’s execution phase.
- Compliance with Standards and Regulations:
- Ensure that all designs comply with national and international architectural engineering standards.
- Stay updated with any changes in construction laws and building regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, 3D Max, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of architectural and structural design principles.
- Experience with 3D design software and creating realistic models.
- Practical experience working on-site with execution teams.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
