- Strengthening partnerships with institutions related to the volunteering ecosystem, such as Qatar Voluntary Center and Reach Out to Asia (ROTA).
- Adopting the concept of self-service within the Volunteer Management Department.
- Establishing the first youth volunteer database in the region and then expanding it regionally and internationally.
- Supporting the partnership with the Arab Union for Voluntary Work to adopt the Youth Network, establish its headquarters in Qatar, and allocate a budget for it from the Union.
