Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Home Care Nurse located in Qatar. The Home Care Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in their homes. This includes administering medication, monitoring patient health, coordinating with doctors and other healthcare professionals, and providing emotional support to patients and their families. The Home Care Nurse will also be responsible for educating patients and families on health management, maintaining patient records, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) certification and valid nursing license
- Experience in home care setting or similar healthcare environment
- Strong clinical skills, including medication administration, wound care, and patient assessment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Compassionate and patient-oriented with a commitment to providing high-quality care
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
