  • Responsible for handling Waters Consumers Requests
  • Responds to queries about Nestlé Waters HOD services via various communication channels (Calls, WhatsApp Chats, Facebook Leads, Emails) by explaining necessary information.
  • Responds to requests by completing transactions and forwarding inquiries.
  • Coordinate with the Home and Office Delivery Distribution Team to provide quality service to customers.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve customer complaints.
  • Recognize and report patterns in customer calls to the managements.
  • Sells extra services by identifying upsell chances and discussing new features.
  • Gather all customer information and enter it into the ACW system.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business
  • 0-1 years of experience in relevant field
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Strong Sales Skill
  • Strong typing skills (Arabic and English)
  • Ability to work in a challenging environment
