Job Summary:
The company is looking for a Receptionist and Administrative Organizer with excellent organizational skills and high ability to provide a professional customer reception experience. The role also involves overseeing various daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Main Responsibilities:
Receiving customers and visitors and providing a welcoming professional experience that reflects the company’s identity.
Responding to customer inquiries and directing them to the relevant departments within the office.
Monitoring employee attendance and regularly updating attendance records.
Preparing administrative reports according to approved procedures.
Printing, organizing, and delivering plans and technical documents to clients.
Issuing invoices, following up on payments, and coordinating with relevant entities.
Scheduling and organizing meetings and official appointments.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Secretarial work, or a related field.
High communication skills in Arabic (English proficiency preferred).
Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
Strong organizational skills, time management, and ability to handle work pressure.
