  • Receives and inspect all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase order
  • Inspects, record, deliveries for damage or discrepancies, reporting waste, breakages within logbook.
  • Undertakes temperature control of incoming goods received and records findings on temperature record sheet
  • Takes order samples and verifies conformity of the product against the purchase order approved product list
  • Maintains the proper record of materials relating to the receipt and issue of materials
  • Inspecting supplier vehicle condition and reporting to operations/ food hygiene officer for any non-conformity
  • Ensures safe keeping both as to quality and quantity of materials
  • Keeps the warehouse, receiving area, fridge, freezers neat and clean
  • Responsible for the inspection of the suppliers according to the list of product specifications.
  • Responsible for correct stock allocation as per FIFO, monitoring par stock levels and expiry dates
  • Arranges for physical verification of store items regularly, undertakes monthly inventory and prepares final monthly inventory list
  • Reviews stock movement trends to provide management with insights on non-moving and slow moving stocks
  • Maintains stock registers, entering all receipts and issues materials only in required quantities based on authorized requisition documents
  • Check the product merchandise to ensure that it is correctly priced.
  • Report any merchandise discrepancies, disposals based on inventory, profit and loss to the Storekeeper Supervisor
  • Closely monitoring products displayed and in warehouse
  • Takes inventory and identifies reorder needs for approval from Supervisor.
  • Make a success of each delivery in term of timing, organization, no discrepancy.
  • Consistent in quality checks through the day and stock refilling.
  • Be able to identify sensitive products and quality assurance at all times.
  • Assists and suggest to Supervisor depleted stocks for re-ordering based on the movement in the stock shelves.
  • Maintain the quantity and the quality of the merchandise.
  • Ensure to inform the line manager on the damaged items.
  • At least High School graduate, college-level preferable.
  • With 2-3 years Storekeeper experienced.
  • Fluent in English, written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel 
  • Good organization and learning skills
  • Integrity & trust; Be able to deliver quality service/assistance to the team.
  • Excellent eye-for-detail, organized, good numeric skill.
  • Able to work on fast paced working environment.
  • Physically fit to do manual labour/heavy lifting checking and recording the stocks.
