Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and organized Storekeeper to manage the day-to-day operations of warehouse activities, including inbound and outbound goods, inventory control, and team coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, and a solid understanding of warehouse systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all warehouse operations including receiving and dispatching goods.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Ensure timely and precise responses to internal and external requests.
  • Supervise warehouse workers and monitor performance and task progress.
  • Prioritize incoming orders and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Identify goods that require special handling and determine appropriate procedures.
  • Ensure product availability in alignment with customer demand.
  • Verify the quality and accuracy of outgoing shipments.
  • Monitor warehouse supply needs (e.g., office supplies, equipment maintenance) and follow up until completion

Requirements

  • Saudi National only
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
  • Previous experience in warehouse/storekeeping is a plus
