We’re Hiring: Pharmacy Manager – Saudi German Hospital, Dammam Branch!
The Role:
As our Pharmacy Manager, you will oversee and manage daily pharmacy operations and activities in the Pharmacy Department and assure the delivery of quality patient care through implementation and maintenance of medication preparation and distribution services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the effective achievement of departmental objectives through effective leadership and set individual objectives, manage performance, and develop and motivate teams to maximize performance.
- Manage and ensure effective implementation of policies, procedures, and controls covering all areas of assigned sectional activity to ensure that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.
- Oversee quality improvement activities, produce, and monitor Quality Improvement Activities within areas of oversight responsibility to continuously assess and improve services in the Pharmacy.
You should have:
- 8+ years experience including 3 within a leadership position.
- Bachelor’s and Masters within Pharmacy or equivalent.
- Experience working within a hospital is preferred.
