Job Purpose:
To provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with approved policies and procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort, and contributing to health promotion and disease prevention, while adhering to the highest standards of quality and patient safety.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Receive patients and provide the required nursing care according to the treatment plan.
•Measure vital signs and accurately record observations regularly.
•Carry out physicians’ orders, including administering medications, injections, and intravenous infusions.
•Monitor patients’ conditions and immediately report any abnormal changes to the medical team.
•Assist in medical procedures such as catheterization, dressing changes, and sample collection.
•Provide health education to patients and their families regarding medical conditions and home care.
•Ensure compliance with infection control standards and patient safety guidelines.
•Respond to emergencies and provide necessary first aid.
•Accurately document all nursing observations and procedures in medical records.
•Participate in training and professional development programs to enhance performance.
Qualifications and Experience:
•Diploma or bachelor’s degree in nursing.
•Valid professional license from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
•Preferably at least one year of experience (new graduates may be accepted as needed).
Required Skills:
•Strong skills in providing nursing care.
•Ability to handle critical and emergency cases.
•Effective communication skills with patients, families, and medical team members.
•Ability to work under pressure and commit to shift schedules.
•Familiarity with computer systems and electronic medical record documentation.

Salary: 5,300 – 10,000 SAR based on applicant’s qualifications and experience.
