Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a corporate office driver, specifically for executive-level staff and clients.
- Completion of specialized driving skills training, such as the Corporate Protection Driver course, which includes defensive driving techniques and emergency response training.
- Proficient in both English and Arabic, with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.
- Extensive knowledge of Riyadh city road map, including major business districts, hotels, and important landmarks.
- Proven ability to operate a range of luxury vehicles, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards.
- Demonstrated knowledge of safety regulations and risk management practices for VVIP transport.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure and in high-stress environments.
- Attention to detail in logistics coordination to facilitate seamless transportation experiences for clients.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to pass necessary background checks.
- Flexibility in work hours, including readiness to work during evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide safe, timely, and confidential transportation services for VVIP clients, maintaining the utmost level of discretion and professionalism.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections on vehicles, ensuring that all safety measures are met and that the vehicle is in optimal condition for travel.
- Develop and maintain an extensive knowledge of routes and current traffic conditions, utilizing GPS and other navigation tools to ensure the fastest and safest routes are taken.
- Build and nurture relationships with VVIP clients, understanding their preferences and requirements for a personalized driving experience.
- Execute logistics planning for client itineraries, including scheduling pick-up and drop-off times in accordance with clients’ commitments.
- Maintain communication with administrative personnel to ensure timely adjustments to scheduling and routes as needed.
- Implement safety and emergency protocols, demonstrating readiness to respond to unexpected situations while ensuring client safety is prioritized.
- Keep detailed records of the vehicle’s mileage, service history, and fuel efficiency, reporting any maintenance needs promptly to management.
- Participate in ongoing training to improve driving skills, stay current on best practices in corporate and executive transportation, and comply with any evolving regulations related to driver safety.
- Ensure the protection and confidentiality of all passengers and sensitive information, demonstrating a high ethical standard in all interactions.
