Abdul Ghani El-Ajou had always wanted to establish a long-lasting legacy that changed history and witnessed growth across generations. Hence, he established the El-Ajou Group Trading Company in 1958, which is currently the trading arm of the Abdul Ghani El-Ajou & Sons Holding Trading Co. Ltd.
With a vision of contributing to the development of a healthier society, El-Ajou Group began its journey in the healthcare industry in 1968. Its prominent and rising success in the healthcare sector led to the establishment of aljeel Medical as an independent legal entity in 1975.
Founded with the aim of providing premium quality healthcare solutions and technology, aljeel Medical began with 200 employees, 15 global suppliers, and operated across three divisions comprising of Lab, Dental, and Medical solutions.
Today, we proudly represent 44 leading world-class suppliers, with a family of more than 600 talented professionals. More so, we have grown to operate in over 40 medical disciplines across In-Vitro Diagnostic, Dental, and Medical solutions, with our main branches in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Al Khobar. Job Summary:
Providing technical support and helping our customers by responding to their requests for service in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain professional reporting mechanism insuring medical equipment up time and customer satisfaction. Delivering high quality corrective maintenance, periodic preventative maintenance, and medical equipment installations.
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation: Expertly install and configure laboratory instruments, with a focus on CDG instruments, to meet the technical specifications and requirements of the laboratory.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including calibration and adjustments, to uphold the reliability and accuracy of laboratory instruments.
- Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime and maintain uninterrupted functionality of CDG instruments.
- Preventive Maintenance: Implement proactive measures to prevent potential issues, contributing to the overall longevity and performance of laboratory equipment.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with laboratory staff to understand their needs, provide technical support, and offer training on proper instrument usage.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of installation procedures, maintenance activities, and troubleshooting processes for compliance and continuous improvement.
- Technology Integration: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in laboratory instrumentation, providing insights into potential upgrades or enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of laboratory instruments, with a focus on CDG instruments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with laboratory personnel.
- Adaptability to evolving technologies and ability to thrive in a dynamic laboratory environment.

- Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering or any related field.

Experience
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience in related field
- Laboratory equipment experience is a plus and preferable.
- Basic network knowledge is a plus
