Job Responsibility:

  • Revising and Analyzing subcontractors account (Accumulative progress, deductions, advanced payment balances and submitting for reducing their LGs)
  • Participation in monthly, quarterly and yearly GL closing and correct posting errors by adjusting journal entries under instructions from section head
  • Analyzing balance sheets and general ledger for subsidiary companies accounts.
  • Accounts reconciliation for amortizations prepaid, retainage and accounts payable ledgers.
  • Preparing fixed asset depreciation and accruals.
  • Maintains accounting controls by following policies and procedures; complying with federal state, and local financial legal requirements.
  • Accomplish accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
  • Governmental duties (Social insurance, Irregular labor insurance)
  • AP Entry Oracle.

Job Requirements :

  • University Degree in Business/Commerce/Economics
  • Overall Experience: +2 Years
  • Communication Skills
