Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Secondary Arabic Teacher at Nord Anglia International School Al Khor. The Secondary Arabic Teacher is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering an engaging, challenging, and stimulating curriculum that inspires students to learn and succeed in Arabic language and literature. The successful candidate will collaborate with other teachers in designing and implementing cross-curricular teaching, and will guide and support students for optimal academic performance and personal growth.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Arabic Language, Arabic Literature, or related field. A post-graduate Teaching Certification or a Masters in Education would be an advantage
- Experience in teaching the Arabic language and literature in an international school or in a multicultural environment
- Proven track record of improving students’ academic performance and personal growth
- Demonstrated understanding of contemporary pedagogy and innovative teaching practices
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, including written and spoken proficiency
- A growth mindset that aligns with our school values of respect, resilience, and excellence
